Monday we'll kick off the Get Real F.A.S.T program - not long now! In this first week I'll discuss the importance of focus in your journey of accomplishing all those great things you promised yourself you would. No if's or buts - it's game on!
I'd love everyone to share their 2010 goals with me here anytime throughout the program. I'm really looking forward to reading what you are striving to achieve in this New Year (New Decade in fact!)
